APPLICATIONS

Built for the Shop Floor. Ready for the Field.

Mobiusvg's hybrid manufacturing technology is being developed for the industries and operators who need it most.

For Shops That Build, Fix, and Fabricate.

Machine Shops & Fabrication

Small-to-medium machine shops are the backbone of American manufacturing. Our nozzle head system is being designed to give these shops hybrid additive-subtractive capability on the CNC machines they already operate — expanding what they can produce without expanding their equipment budget.

Aerospace & Automotive Repair

In aerospace and automotive, downtime is money. Our technology is being developed for on-platform repair of damaged components, trace repair, and multi-material fabrication — reducing the need to remove, ship, and replace parts when in-place repair is possible.

Tool & Die / Prototyping Labs

For shops focused on tooling, molds, and rapid prototyping, Mobiusvg's multi-material capability opens up new possibilities — faster iteration, production-grade materials, and the ability to combine processes on a single platform.

Field-Ready. Mission-Capable.

Defense & Field Operations

Mobiusvg is developing technology with defense applications in mind. In forward-deployed environments where supply chains are vulnerable and downtime can impact mission readiness, the ability to repair and fabricate components on-site is a game-changer.

Our system is being designed for field-deployable operation, modular construction for transport and rapid setup, and compatibility with open-source control platforms for maximum flexibility in restricted environments.

PCB Repair & Fabrication

One of the most compelling applications of our technology is in printed circuit board repair and fabrication. Our system is being designed to detect and repair damaged conductive traces, fabricate multi-layer PCBs using modular toolheads for conductive ink printing and pick-and-place operations, and perform conformal surface printing on uneven or irregular substrates using height map projection.

This capability has significant implications for both commercial electronics repair and field-deployed military operations where replacement boards may not be available.
